It’s Friday night. If this happens to find its way into your feed, maybe take a few minutes for yourself.

My latest published guided audio blog, The Things You Used to Love, is about those little things we once made time fo and how returning to them can help us feel like ourselves again.

🎧 After the intro, Press the headphone icon to listen, or begin the journey and let the story scroll while you read. Let it play in the background. Just take the moment.

And if you listen or read it, I’d love to hear what it brought up for you. Leave me a comment. ❤️

When did you last lose track of time doing something you love?

Not scrolling. Not managing. Not getting through the to-do list. But actually doing something that made you feel so present that everything else just disappeared for a while.

Psychologists call that flow. And for a lot of women, especially in midlife, those moments get harder and harder to find.

I wrote about this on the blog and I think it is worth a quiet read.

Read it here 👉🏼

What is flow state, and why can it become harder to experience in midlife? Explore how everyday moments of focus, creativity, movement, and joy can reconnect us with ourselves.

Before the weekend gets busy, take a moment to check in with yourself.

Not your to-do list.
Not everyone else’s needs.
You.

What do you need more of right now?

Maybe it’s rest.
Maybe it’s peace.
Maybe it’s simply a quiet moment without feeling like you have to be productive.

Whatever your answer is, I hope you give yourself permission to make space for it this weekend. 💛
