✨ Gender-Affirming Breast Revision ✨

This patient chose to upsize from 200cc saline implants to 480cc Mentor Moderate Plus silicone implants, placed in the subfascial plane for enhanced shape, softness, and upper pole fullness.

Our amazing patient, Reality Show Sensation Robert Minasyan came to us after multiple unsuccessful rhinoplasty procedures and a failed nasal reconstruction, resulting in near-complete loss of the nasal tip and columella.

We performed a complex, multistage nasal reconstruction using a paramedian forehead flap. During the first stage, tissue from the forehead is elevated and transferred to reconstruct the nose while remaining attached to the forehead to preserve its blood supply. Over the following three weeks, new blood vessels grow into the transferred tissue. During the second stage, the flap is divided and separated from the forehead once it has established its own blood supply.

The patient is doing exceptionally well and has achieved a remarkable restoration of both form and function. He may benefit from one additional minor revision procedure in the future for further cosmetic refinement, but his outcome so far has been excellent.

This case highlights the power of advanced reconstructive techniques to restore both appearance and quality of life.

We upgraded to 530cc Mentor Moderate Plus implants and converted the pocket to a subfascial (over-the-muscle) position—enhancing shape, projection, and cleavage while correcting animation deformity.
