I hold a Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, LMFT101316. My experience includes but is not limited to the treatment of depression, anxiety, trauma, relationship issues, eating and food issues, chronic illness/pain and depression, self-confidence, self-esteem, grief and bereavement, and a variety of other conditions. My goal is to assist you in your journey of working towards your poten

tial and improving your well-being. Through the psychotherapeutic process you will develop skill sets to learn more constructive ways to deal with the problems or issues in your life that is holding you back from living a fuller, happier, and more contented life.
