Ojio Sport

Ojio Sport Personalized Plant Based Performance So why would we all be using the same exact products to fuel our efforts? Simply put, we shouldn’t be.

Most Sports & Fitness products are designed to appeal to a broad spectrum of athletes and enthusiasts regardless of their individual performance levels or personal goals. Most sports nutrition products are designed to address what everyone might need during the course of a workout whether you are a professional football player, a marathon runner, a yoga enthusiast, a cyclist, or a surfer. But as e

veryone knows, no two people are exactly the same, just like no two sports, locations, or conditions are exactly the same. Even if your main focus was on running, you wouldn’t use the same exact product to recover from a 30 minute run on the treadmill as you would to recover from a 2 hour run in the summer heat. Each of us also has our own individual set of goals. Some people exercise to add muscle, others are trying to lose weight, and still more are trying to simply improve flexibility. All of these goals require different types of exercise, so wouldn’t they require different types of fuel and different forms of recovery? So we created a fully customizable spectrum of plant based sports performance products that fulfill a complete fitness cycle from pre-workout invigoration to post-workout recovery. They are:

Activate: Start your work off right with slow burning and sustained energy that will allow you to take your effort to new levels. No buzz, no crash, just performance. Elevate: For those times that you push yourself longer and harder than usual, electrolytes to minimize muscle fatigue and dehydration , simple sugars to give your body a quick boost of energy. Rejuvenate: Post workout recovery to nourish and replenish your body with easily digestible plant-based proteins. Pluses: Personalized boosters that offer you the unique opportunity to customize your nutrition plan and help you maximize your results. Pluses help you to create just the right nutrition program to meet your specific goals.

Chris Jones knows it takes the right stuff to be able to ride an endurance challenge.

Chris Jones knows it takes the right stuff to be able to ride an endurance challenge.

Chris Jones was one of the few riders to take the tough challenge of the endurance event at Vail Lake. Not only more laps, but the rain soaked those riders early on. Chris ended up in 5th in the Cat 1 40-49 division.
