Neck Liposuction is a great way to recontour a heavy, thick neck. This is an office procedure performed under local anesthetic. The entire procedure is done through one small opening underneath the chin. My patient is 6 weeks out in this picture.

Rhinoplasty (NOSEJOB) is an outpatient procedure, typically done under general anesthesia for the purpose of improving the shape of the nose. It can be performed to improve breathing as well. A properly done rhinoplasty will make the nose appear more balanced with the other facial features, and improve overall facial appearance.

Can you have a complete face lift in an office setting, under local anesthetic without going to sleep? Yes!
An oral sedative in combination with local anesthetic takes the place of IV or general anesthesia. In the properly selected patient this is a very safe procedure. This approach is gaining popularity and is more commonly performed than most people think.
