Leo season is here! 🦁♌️-bit of a long read ahead😊
This particular Leo season has many astrological events happening and in its essence it’s asking us ALL to step into our light and shine! ✨
It’s reminds us to not let fear to stand in the way of becoming our true selves, and asks us to be seen, not by being louder or arrogant, but to connect to our inner divinity and let it shine for us ALL to see.
I have very strong Leo placement BUT being seen is a struggle for me, but I am embracing this season and I hope you do too!
I would like to offer more Yoga for this next half of the year, please let me know if there is something inparticular you would like to see being offered!
If yoga is not your thing, I offer Craniosacral Therapy, Manual Lymphatic Drainage, and Reiki to help the nervous system come into balance at Antidote Functional Therapies in Westlake.
If I am booked to far into the year for you to schedule we have 3 other amazing therapist that would love to be help you get grounded.
My weekly Yoga offering is Tuesdays at 9:30am at Cultivate Yoga in Lakewood.
Yoga is FREE if you need it to be at Cultivate but donations, if you are able, are greatly appreciated and help us to continue to make Yoga accessible to all!
