August was an anniversary month for With Purpose Therapeutic Massage & Wellness!

For the last month I celebrated, reflected, evaluated what worked/didnt work and took some time to really look back of what this first year of business was and aimed my sights on what I wanted the next year to look like...And each time, my mind came back to my clients. The joys, the highfives, the challenges, the growth and the time spent holding space and working hard to help other feel good in their bodies.

Thank you to those who have trusted my work, grew alongside of me, laughed and cried with me. AND occasionally at me too 😂
You're the reason I do what I do. So that the people who take care of EVERYONE else...has a place and someone to take care of them.

Even if its not a massage with me - don't forget to keeping taking care of YOU. You're worth it. And the people relying on you are worth it - because we cant pour from an empty cup!

Be well, be you and keep going! And I will do the same. Cheers to year 1, with many more to come 💪🏻🎉🫶🏼

Welp! The first outdoor market in the books!

Full transparency - I was going to post these final pictures last night - but woo wee...your friendly neighborhood LMT was exhausted!

As a Berea based momma - Coe Lake is one of my favorite places to bring the kiddos. The beautiful lake and fountain, trees, walking path, playground and community pool...

Perhaps, my favorite part of the night was meeting new faces, several local LMTs and a wonderful market chair massage client who said "that was the most relaxing chair massage, I've ever had!" *Self High Five*

Today started as a stretching demo between three massage therapists from the Tranquil Rose collective… and somehow turned into one of those moments that reminds me why community matters so much 🌿

There’s something really special about being surrounded by people who are passionate about learning, growing, healing, and genuinely supporting one another.

Also… if you’ve ever wondered what three massage therapists discuss during a demo, the answer is apparently:
✨ body mechanics
✨ nervous system regulation
✨ fascia
…and how wet peanut butter apparently smells like a sweaty dog foot.

But honestly, this is one of my favorite parts of creating Tranquil Rose Wellness Studios — building a space where practitioners can collaborate, laugh until they cry, continue learning, and make wellness feel human instead of clinical.

Healing spaces should still have joy in them too 🤍
