With all my lovely book club ladies enjoying their summer vacations and time with their kiddos, we decided to take the summer off from in person meetings. We do however encourage book suggestions and activity suggestions for when we pick back up.

As always the free bookshelf in the office is available for donations, trades, or loan.

The Flower & Jazz Festival has always been one of our favorite events to be part of, and this year was no exception! We had such a wonderful time offering demonstrations, mingling with the crowds, and sharing a little relaxation with everyone who stopped by. ✨

Thor especially loved the demonstrations because it meant plenty of mini massages for him 💆‍♂️ He definitely made sure everyone knew just how relaxing our services can be!

Just a reminder for anyone interested in the Flower & Jazz Festival this Saturday from 10 AM – 4 PM in Westminster — we’ll have our booth set up out front of the Times Building alongside !

Instead of chair massage this time, we’ll be offering free demonstrations as a small sample of some of the services we provide. It’s a great chance to stop by, say hello, and learn more about what we offer!

This was a fun session! And so great to share the new massage techniques with Body Redefined LLC

Today I got the chance to be the client My girl Morgan introduced me to a new style of massage and I’m hooked.
Lomi Lomi massage is a style of Hawaiian massage that uses long, rhythmic, flowing strokes to mimic ocean waves. 🌊🌊🌊🌊 The gentle flow combined with Morgan’s perfect hands had me feeling like jelly and the most relaxed I have been in months.
I’m not the kindest to my body, I often don’t take time for myself, let alone schedule a massage. After today, I don’t think I can go without it. Thank you so much Morgan, also you’re not getting rid of me now. 🤣

• We have our upcoming Mini Cryo Facial + Scalp Massage collab day—only 3 spots left! Be sure to book with ASAP to grab your space.

• Starting this month, .of.the.old.ways will be joining us one Tuesday each month! If you’ve been wanting to try sound healing or reiki, now is the perfect time to book—especially before book club on April 21st.

• Speaking of book club, we had an amazing first meeting this past Tuesday! Our April read is *Get a Life, Chloe Brown* by Talia Hibbert. If you missed March, no worries—you’re absolutely welcome to join us! We just ask that you RSVP so we can plan accordingly.

• We’ll also be at the Wine Stroll on April 25th offering chair massage and a storefront showcase. If the weather is nice, Thor might even make an appearance 🐾

• And lastly, we’re excited to introduce a new massage style inspired by Lomi Lomi, designed to reconnect the body through both relaxation and therapeutic work. This special will run through April and part of May—book a 90-minute session or upgrade to include a 30-minute hair oil/scalp massage.
