Our residents had a blast celebrating Colorado's landmark 150th birthday today! Our culinary team brought the flavor with a locally-inspired menu that had everyone smiling. We feasted on mini tacos with pork green chile stew, sweet Rocky Ford cantaloupe and watermelon, and finished it all off with some delicious Palisade peach cobbler.Happy Birthday, Colorado! Our Memory Care crew had an absolute blast on their lunch trip to Olive Garden! We swapped stories, shared plenty of laughs, and definitely didn't turn down the extra parmesan cheese. It is always a beautiful day when we get to explore the community together!
