It's been an intense week involving 70 continuing education hours focused on massage for athletes. I made some wonderful connections. I learned about different training cycles athletes go through and how to help them with the right bodywork based on their current schedule. And got a new perspective on some massage tools I already use.

Never stop learning and trying to improve!

Thank you for an amazing year! I've been able to add so much to my bodywork arsenal with and IASTM trainings this year. I've met some amazing people. I was able to work with a wide variety of athletes this year. I can't wait to see where 2023 goes from here.

It's been a fantastic week already! I got some wonderful new tools and took my first IASTM class over the weekend from RockTape

Even more exciting, I got my new logo designed, had some super soft shirts made and they even through in some extra Naruto and Demon Slayer swag! 😍 (You definitely can't go wrong with Kakashi, Itachi and Nezuko) Thank you so much Hikame Designs you made the design process so easy!
