That injunction has now been lifted by a U.S. Court of Appeals (Fourth Circuit) ruling in early 2026. The appeals court Upheld most of Maryland laws, including the bans on carrying guns in locations that sell or serve ALCOHOL, along with other “Sensitive places” such as schools. Healthcare facilities, Government buildings, parks, Stadiums, Museums, etc. However. a stay was issued for this, “Sensitive Location” meaning that is cannot be enforced currently.
