Big things happening 🙌
I have had a vision for years- to expand my wellness studio and broaden my offerings.

I am THRILLED to announce, Your Body Shoppe is on the middle of relocating, to a sweet studio space just off 128th in Thornton Colorado.

Along with that, we will now be offering yoga and other mindfulness or movement classes.

We are creating a space to build community, deepen your mind body connection, and encourage authentic self expression.

Can't wait to see you there!

I'm excited to officially announce, a long term vision of mine is finally materializing

Your Body Shoppe Massage and Yoga Studio is relocating to a sweet little space in Thornton Colorado.

Our studio will offer a variety of community classes movement, mindful, creativity. A welcoming space to connect deeper to yourself and your community.

Class schedule will be available online as times and dates are secured.

We can't wait to see you on the mat in June!

A little taste of what a one on one yoga session might look like.
Imagine a full leg brace,and no weight bearing for 2 months.
You may not be able to do much direct movement, however, working fascial restrictions along the same structures lines can support is more mobility.

This is my office today, believe it or not.

I am over here in paradise, working on several projects I have been dreaming of for YEARS.

A few BIG things coming soon, I really am so excited to share!

I have one last opening, this Thursday, 3/26 9am up to 2 hours

👋If you haven't heard, I will be taking an extended vacation, and this time will be spent doing some soul searching on the beautiful island of St. Croix. 🏝
✨️But don't worry, I am returning.✨️
This work is my passion and part of the purpose of this time away is to expand my offerings and spend time studying some of the latest research on the mind-body connection. I am excited for what is to come. Stay tuned.
