Take responsibility for your role. Have a boundary, or two. Go to therapy.

Basically mind your business. Stop analyzing other people. Stop blaming other people.
Focus on yourself.
And act on your own behalf.
Take care of yourself. 
It’s the only thing we can control.

Todays create and chill at library we went over FEAR and learned ways to describe it, it’s physical symptoms, what it may make us do, and what happens once that feeling passes… as well as how to connect for help and what is a small spooky scare vs. something that is more on going and interfearinf with our functioning.
we then make a cute shadow box and painted it in spooky colors 🧙🏽‍♀️👻🎃🕷️
