Guess what, my friends?! I’m back to doing massage!! Beginning September 15th, my schedule will be open. To start things off, I’m offering 30 minute chair massage (travel to you), reiki, and cupping. As time goes on, I’ll be adding more services . I’m currently in Illinois, but I will be making trips to Milwaukee because I love y’all! 💜 Message me here to book an appointment! Today is my last day in the office. I don’t know how long I’ll be taking leave from massage and energy work, but I hope to see you again sometime! It’s a bittersweet journey as I’ll finally have a real break to be able to heal and rest, but I am going to have a hard time letting myself be still! Listen to your body, advocate for your health, and take care of each other. 💗

Hello to all my lovely clients! Due to some unfortunate, ongoing health issues, I’m closing my practice at the end of June. Hey all, as of May 1st my hours are changing! I’ll be there Wednesday evening from 2-8 and Fridays 12-6. Some days will be limited as I am still healing from some health issues. I’m taking the advice I give my clients, and giving myself more breaks! Keep taking care of each other!

This coming Friday, March 25th has opened up! I’m taking off 20% of services for this day, so if you’re waiting for a sign to make an appointment, here it is! That feeling when you can’t get comfortable after sleeping on your shoulder wrong all night. 😣 Gua sha to the rescue! I did some self treatment and it’s feeling better already. I know it looks painful, but it feels good. One of my clients said “I imagine it’s what a dog or cat feels when your scratch their back, kind of invigorating!” You can add gua sha to any service with me, and it doesn’t always look like this, I’m just pale as hell. 😁 Facial gua sha is much more gentle and is used to help get the blood and lymph moving, just like body gua sha. I just use different tools and techniques. My favorite tool for this is a ceramic ramen spoon, although there are many alternatives. Bring yourself and someone you love into see me for a treatment! I’m opening my books earlier than planned, so Monday, February 14th is now open! I’m here from 2-8, and all sessions booked for today will be 20% off! I’m so happy to be going back to work after surgery, I’m ready! Booking link in bio.
