Almost 40 Marshals deep and the energy was UNMATCHED! 🔥🚴‍♀️
Huge shout-out to everyone who crushed yesterday’s official Team DCC Marshals Dolphins Cancer Challenge Marshal training ride! Thank you for bringing the passion, the leadership, and the miles as we gear up for DCC XVII and a very special thanks to Bamboo And Orchid Garden !

Missed the pack? We’ve got you covered. The next training ride is already in the works and the date will be announced very soon. We want to see even more Marshals out there leading the charge.

Interested in becoming a Team DCC Marshal? DM me!

Drop a 💛 if you were there yesterday, and tag a fellow rider who needs to join the Marshal crew for the next one!

Because being a Marshal isn't just a workout—it’s crucial safety training that helps the Dolphins Cancer Challenge participants achieve a very personal goal. 💛

This past winter and Scleroderma complications combo is kicking my butt ❄️🥶❄️ but since it takes a lot for me to quit then I am hopeful that with and their mHbo therapy, it will help with the cut I received on my index finger from cutting veggies last November. 🔪 🥒

It has not healed and if you work a lot with your hands, as I do, I'm constantly bumping it and it just isn't healing. Very painful and muchos 🤬😂

I'm hoping this is the missing 🗝️ to this chapter of my recovery because I need to fully resume my 🚲 and finally have this open wound healed once and for all. ❤️‍🩹

Bring on the progress! ✨
