Grateful for Today’s Journey 🌿
Today was our second Nature Club group, our hike to Blackwater Falls and Lindy Point was nothing short of powerful. Surrounded by rushing water, mountain air, and endless views, we were reminded of how deeply nature can heal us when we slow down enough to let it.
Recovery isn’t just about what we leave behind—it’s also about what we add to our lives. Healthy extracurricular activities like hiking give us movement, purpose, and a chance to reconnect with ourselves. Sharing the trail with others brought meaningful fellowship, honest conversation, and plenty of laughter along the way.
Standing at Lindy Point, taking in the quiet beauty, it was easy to feel a sense of peace—the kind that grounds us, clears our minds, and reminds us why this journey matters. Moments like these show us that recovery can be full of joy, connection, and awe.
Thankful for everyone who showed up today and chose growth, wellness, and community. This is what healing together looks like. 💚🥾 Keep an eye out for next months calendar to see our next adventure location we hope you will join us!
