In case you didn’t know I recently opened up a group practice with my sister

I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor who specializes in couples therapy. Ongoing relationship distress is harmful to each romantic partner’s mental and physical wellbeing, and in addition, can negatively impact the kids. The lack of commitment and trust creates toxic interactions that push us farther away from each other, rather than building a bridge back to one another.

During our time together you will learn that it’s not that healthy couples don’t get mad or disagree. It’s that when they disagree, they’re able to stay connected and engaged with each other. Rather than becoming defensive and hurtful, they pepper their disputes with flashes of affection, intense interest, and mutual respect.

I specifically specialize in issues related to overcoming infidelity in your relationship. Many times recovering trust and being able to forgive or accept a betrayal may feel like an impossible task. It can certainly be huge obstacles to overcome. However, it is crucial to work on restoring trust if a fulfilling relationship is going to resume. I have helped many couples recover from the effects of an affair , and I look forward to helping you.
