Breast Cancer Awareness Month holds a very special place in our hearts at McCulla Funeral Home.

This cause is personal to our funeral home family because one of our very own, Jasmine’s mother Blanche, is a breast cancer survivor.

Blanche’s journey is a beautiful reminder of the importance of faith, strength, family, and never giving up hope. We are incredibly thankful for the blessing of her survivorship and for the many years God has continued to give her with the people who love her.

We know that every breast cancer journey is different. We pray for those currently battling this disease, remember those we have lost, and celebrate the strength of every survivor.

We also want to encourage the women we know and love to take care of themselves and stay up to date with routine screenings. Talk with your doctor or OB/GYN about the screenings that are right for you. Early detection can make a difference.

Today, we celebrate Blanche and all breast cancer survivors, while praying for hope, healing, and strength for those still fighting.
