A farewell message from our dearest Bella❤️

To the Families of Saugatuck Pediatrics,

Thank you so much for the opportunity to care for your families. It has been an honor to watch your children grow and thrive, and I am so grateful to have been a part of your lives over the past few years.

As I begin my journey to medical school, I will carry with me everything I’ve learned from you, as well as from the doctors and staff at Saugatuck Pediatrics. Thank you for your kindness, trust, and support. I hope to take those lessons with me and make a positive impact on the lives of the patients and families I care for in the future.

☀️ Summer is full of fun, sunshine, and outdoor adventures! But with this week’s heat wave, it’s especially important to keep an eye out for the signs of heat-related illness.

💧 Stay hydrated.
🧢 Wear lightweight clothing.
🌳 Take frequent breaks in the shade or air conditioning.

Know the warning signs of heat exhaustion and heat stroke, and don’t hesitate to seek medical attention if needed. Let’s keep our little ones (and ourselves!) safe while enjoying everything summer has to offer! ❤️☀️

Social skills are an important part of a child’s growth, especially between ages 8-10.

During this stage, children are learning how to build friendships, communicate effectively, work with others, and develop confidence.

This summer, Dr. Rachelle Theise is hosting Social Summer Days to help children strengthen these valuable skills through fun, engaging activities and peer interaction! ☀️
