Are you looking to make positive changes in your life and cope with substance misuse or mental health? Check out our FREE weekly support group on Zoom, just for teens (ages 16-18)!⁠

In our SMART Teens group, a trained peer facilitator will guide you in using evidence-based tools to learn to:⁠

-Build and maintain motivation to change⁠
-Learn to cope with urges⁠
-Manage thoughts, feelings & behaviors ⁠
-Live a balanced life⁠
