Going back to the books I’ve read this year.. this was an amazing book. Showing you how the simple things become habit and how they can be formed and broken. Very powerful book for anyone looking to put a little more structure into their life and how to start the road to mastery and self awareness. It comes in many forms but if you don’t know how to cultivate new skills or hobbies then I feel this book is completely up your alley. I find I have very rigid systems of doing things and it’s helped me become the student of many things including music. It’s all in the systems. Any way you want to cut it it was to fun read and to be able to label and understand my programming better 🙏🏻 enjoy
