We specialize in cognitive behavioral treatment for anxiety, OCD and related disorders. We serve all of CT & NY!

We currently have offices in Farmington, CT and Fairfield, CT. We also offer virtual therapy throughout all of CT and NY. Our therapists specialize in treating OCD and anxiety disorders in children, adolescents, and adults including:

Michele brings 9 years of experience treating anxiety, OCD, phobias, ADHD, executive functioning challenges, and autism with co-occurring anxiety in children, adolescents, and young adults.

She specializes in CBT, Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), and I-CBT for OCD and anxiety, and is also trained in the SPACE program, supporting parents of anxious children.

Michele is licensed in Connecticut and New York and brings a compassionate, neurodiversity-informed approach to working with clients and families. 💙
