📢 Website & Patient Portal Update ❗️

We're currently updating our website and prescription refill portal to better serve you.

Please note: Our old patient portal is no longer available for refill requests. There is no longer an official phone app but, you can pin the website to your home screen for ease of use by following the instructions on our website.

To request a prescription refill:

1. Visit
2. Click Patient Portal
3. Scroll down to access the new patient portal
4. You'll be redirected to our new refill request portal run by lumistry: https://mobile.lumistry.com/westpo_apothe/intro?returnUrl=westpo_apothe

We're still working through a few minor issues with the new portal as we
complete the transition. We appreciate your patience and understanding
during this process.

✨We are now partnering with the Westport Board of Health to collect sharps containers. ✨

💉Sharps can be dropped off at the Westport Apothecary pharmacy counter, any time during normal business hours.

💉Sharps must be in a STRONG, plastic or metal container with a lid.

💉The container must only be 3/4 full, with the lid on, taped shut, and labeled “HOUSEHOLD SHARPS- DO NOT RECYCLE.”

Pharmacy Family Week 14:
Vicente Perez, Administrative Assistant

Vicente has been with Westport Apothecary since 2017. He originally began as a cashier and is now an administrative assistant to the general manager. In addition, Vicente is a pharmacy technician trainee, delivers, helps with technology support, and assists with front store tasks. He is currently a dispatcher for a local police station, working for us only part time. His current goal is to become a police officer. In his free time, Vicente enjoys running, reading, playing with his dogs, and spending time with his wife, Lauren (our week 4 pharmacist).

Pharmacy Family Week 13:

Dana Medeiros, Front Store Manager

Dana brings decades of dedication to our team as Front Store Manager. A graduate with a degree in Business Management, he began his career in 1983 as a delivery driver and has grown through the industry.

Today, Dana oversees our DME department and is certified in both custom and off-the-shelf compression garments, providing patients with knowledgeable, compassionate service and personalized care solutions.

Outside of work, Dana proudly serves his community as a Fire Rescue Officer. In his free time, he and his wife, Sheila, enjoy hiking, traveling, and exploring new adventures together.
