Connecticut is talking about the future of maternal healthcare. Moms should be one of the loudest voices in the room. 📣

So, let’s give them some honest food for thought...

We’re proud to support Connecticut Chamber of Mothers in collecting stories from moms across Connecticut about their experiences.

🎥 Record a 30-second video, send a voice memo, or write a few sentences about the one thing you’d change about maternal mental healthcare in our state, and why.

Then, submit it via the link in bio 🔗 Your story will be shared with the policymakers whose decisions directly affect all of us.

✨ As a thank you, you’ll get a $10 Starbucks gift card for participating.

💌 Share this with other CT moms who have a story to tell so we can show ‘em just how powerful our voices can be.

Affordable and accessible childcare: It’s a major problem in the U.S.

Connecticut has now invested more than $700 million into an Early Childhood Education Endowment designed to dramatically expand access to affordable care in the years ahead. But, policymakers still need to hear what families are dealing with right now.

We’re partnering with Connecticut Chamber of Mothers to make sure your voice is heard. If childcare has ever made you think, “How are families supposed to do this?”, please share your story.
🎥 Record a 30-second video, send a voice memo, or write a few sentences about your experience and submit it via the link in bio now. 🔗

✨ As a thank you, every participating Connecticut mom will receive a $10 Starbucks gift card.

Moms in Connecticut, did the state’s Paid Leave program support you... or fail you?

The non-profit Connecticut Chamber of Mothers is looking to bring real stories from local moms directly into the policy conversation. And here at The Parent Collective, we believe the most powerful thing we can do is amplify your voices.

Whether it’s a 30-second video 🎥, a voice memo 🎙️, or a few written sentences 📝, share your story with CT Chamber of Mothers about what those first few weeks with your newborn were actually like.

They’ll share it with local, state, and federal elected officials so the people making decisions hear directly from the families they affect.

No fancy production. No perfect words. Just your honest experience. As a thank you, you’ll get a $10 Starbucks gift card! ☕️

👉 Submit your story via the link in bio now.
