You have millions of questions that only experience can answer, but with the right support, these anxieties can be laid to rest to help you feel that you can do this! Many people turn to hospital classes and training sessions, but we think that this misses a crucial emotional ingredient that can make having a baby less isolating and more inclusive. The Parent Collective is designed to provide info

Instagram isn’t your doctor. There. We said it.

We have access to more information than any generation before us, and yet, many providers are saying that their patients are arriving to appointments, labor, and delivery with so much more anxiety, confusion, and misinformation.

The goal isn’t to stop learning. We just need to learn thoughtfully.

That means asking questions, getting context, bringing concerns to your provider, and applying info to your own unique body, pregnancy, health history, hospital, etc.

Tell us: What’s the most confusing pregnancy or birth advice you’ve seen online lately? 👇 Our team of midwives & doulas can help you digest it.

It’s our small part, but the U.S. still has a long way to go...
👉 Tell us: What’s one thing nobody prepared you for postpartum? Let’s ramp up the convo that can inspire necessary change.
