Today, GSST is a multidisciplinary private practice with 2 locations in Bergen County, NJ: Westwood and Glen Rock. Proprioception tells us where our bodies are in space! Proprioceptive input is any activity that provides deep pressure to your muscles and joints, or provides resistance through pushing/pulling activities. This can be very calming and regulating as it gives us a sense of control to recognize our bbody sensations!
