Every body is unique, and each unique body is different from day to day. Respectively, your sessions will be different day to day as they track the changes in your body. I offer the Classical Pilates repertoire and order of exercises as your fitness framework but includ

e modifications and massage techniques as your body requires. I emphasize biomechanics so that you use your body the way it was designed to move. The massage component of the workouts includes assisted stretching and hands on bodywork to loosen tight tissue and safely increase your challenge. The result is that you can work out safely at any level of intensity and achieve maximum strengthening, flexibility, endurance and overall therapeutic impact. I like to call what I do Therapeutic Fitness because you simultaneously approach your fitness or healing goals and correct your use of your body and harmful movement habits. This way you can better avoid future injury from your day to day movements. This is great for everyone, and ideal for those who love working out but are plagued by injuries and forced to stop; people in post-rehab; and special populations.
