Foundation for Fair Contracting of Connecticut

Foundation for Fair Contracting of Connecticut The Foundation for Fair Contracting of Connecticut (FFCCT) promotes compliance with the prevailing wage law on public construction projects.

We also focus on issues concerning the classification of workers and apprenticeship standards. The Foundation for Fair Contracting of Connecticut (FFCCT) is a third-party watchdog organization which monitors public construction projects that are subject to the Davis-Bacon Act or Connecticut's Prevailing Wage Law. We monitor these jobs in order to ensure that contractors working on government-funde

d projects are upholding the law. We help workers collect any back wages they are owed, and we help enforcement agencies to assess fines or penalties that a company may owe the state.
