Great teams do not just work well together; they also build trust, communicate clearly, and support one another outside our daily routines. Recently, a few members of the Preferred Therapy Solutions (PTS) team headed out onto the courts for friendly pickleball competition. We definitely had an afternoon of laughter and team building. While some of us walked off the courts with a bruise or two, others were crowned with PTS gold medals as the top pickleball performers.
