MEET THE EXECUTIVE STAFF | KATHY BRYAN, REGIONAL DIRECTOR

Today, we’re excited to introduce you to one of the leaders behind Ivy Creek Home Health, Kathy Bryan, Regional Director.

Kathy’s story with Ivy Creek began in 2004, when she joined Lake Martin Home Health as a field nurse. In 2008, she became Director of Ivy Creek Home Health of Elmore, and in 2021, she stepped into her current role as Regional Director, overseeing our Elmore, Lake Martin, and Butler locations.

For Kathy, home health is about much more than providing a service. It’s about helping people remain independent, bringing comfort and dignity to patients and families, and seeing firsthand the difference compassionate care can make.

One of the things she treasures most is receiving handwritten thank-you cards from patients and families sharing the positive impact Ivy Creek clinicians have made in their lives.

When asked to describe her experience at Ivy Creek in just one word, Kathy chose:
