Do you set daily goals? These were Dr. Jason's goals today and he completed them with plenty of time left in the day to spare! Setting manageable daily goals with help you to become more productive and give you a sense of accomplishment for your day!
These goals can change every day, but it nice to have them and check them off.
Dr. Jason makes sure to get adjusted weekly to be able to better serve our patients.

For wellness purposes, you should aim to get adjusted once every week or two weeks. Exercising and Stretching will also help your body be able to adapt to the stresses of daily living and should included in your daily goals!

Some common triggers for headaches are:

🧠 stress, poor posture, toxins, too much screen time, spinal misalignments, sleepless nights, and more.

What’s super crazy is that chiropractors aren’t typically known for helping relieve headaches and migraines.

BUT, it’s actually one of the top issues our practice members are suffering from when they first walk through our doors.
