✨ There are moments in birthwork that stay with you forever and S’s birth was truly magical. ✨

💕S & J were so prepared and moved through labor as such an incredible team. S had so much trust in her body and in the labor process, and J was an amazing source of support every step of the way. 🤍

🌿The SHOCK and DISBELIEF in this photo encapsulates so much about the journey through pregnancy, birth, and parenting. When S told me I could share this photo, I was SO excited because it captures so perfectly the emotion of the moment of meeting her daughter.

The disbelief.
The intensity.
The overwhelming rush of “we did it!”

✨Birth has a way of transforming everyone in the room, and this one was filled with so much strength, love, connection, and tenderness.

💕As doulas, we are honored to hold space through every contraction, every moment of uncertainty, and every triumphant birth. Supporting families as they step into this new chapter is never something I could take for granted.

From early conception conversations, to childbirth classes, birth stories, postpartum processing and adjustment, and holding loss together; I am so honored to be with you.

🎉 Today I’m celebrating you while also continuing to advocate for a world where every parent has access to paid leave, birth options, affirming care, and better perinatal health outcomes.

✨today I wrapped up the online portion of the Breech Training before the in person training day in April!
🌿 I want to be clear that I am NOT a provider for breech birth! But, now I have skills and knowledge to help my clients learn about their options, prepare for labor and birth, and advocate for themselves if their babe is breech.
💕 I love learning and expanding my knowledge about birth especially when it helps me support my clients more fully!

✨transgender day of remembrance 2025✨
This year (since January) over 282 souls across the globe have left this world too soon due to violence against trans people.
❤️‍🩹Every year our community gathers to hear their names and to remember these people and the lives they left behind.
🏳️‍⚧️ the rhetoric and violence against trans people around the globe has got to end. We have to protect our most vulnerable.
🕯️today and everyday I stand with my community and I hope you all will do the same as we remember those taken way too soon.
