Wheatland Manor We are 44-bed Skilled Nursing Facility located in Wheatland, Iowa. Wheatland Manor offers both private and semi-private accomodations.

Each room
is furnished with a bed and night stand and closet. We encourage all residents
to personalize their rooms. We offer therapy(s), a beauty shop on site,
daily activities and all your laundry and housekeeping needs are included in
the daily price.

On the last day of National Nursing Home Week we did an experiment that fit in with “Moments in Bloom” theme. The residents decided which colors and combinations of colors we would try to dye carnations. They turned out beautiful! We were surprised at how difficult it was to cut the stems for multi-colored flowers without breaking them. We were also surprised at how velvety looking the petals came out the more colors we added!

Every year at our Memorial Day Service Patty Kalarovich on behalf of The Lion’s Club presents Wheatland Manor with a gift in honor of our Veterans. This year she created this wonderful plaque with the names of the Veterans currently at Wheatland Manor and the surrounding area. We can add names as needed, if you have a name you would like added, please let me know!
