Wheatland Manor We are 44-bed Skilled Nursing Facility located in Wheatland, Iowa. Wheatland Manor offers both private and semi-private accomodations.

Each room
is furnished with a bed and night stand and closet. We encourage all residents
to personalize their rooms. We offer therapy(s), a beauty shop on site,
daily activities and all your laundry and housekeeping needs are included in
the daily price.

A few weeks ago the Iowa State Extension came in and led us in an educational craft. Cyanotype Plant Identification was the first process used to keep track of different types of plants. We started the process inside, selecting and placing our plant choices, then moved outside to complete the process with sunlight. They turned out beautiful!

Good morning! I would like to put in a plug for joining the Wheatland Manor Auxiliary. The Auxiliary puts on a lovely Christmas Party, passes out flowers at Valentines Day, passes out May baskets on May Day and helps out with Bingo. None of these things are a lot of work as long as there are enough people. The residents are so appreciative to have others care enough about them. Nothing you’ve ever done will compare to the feeling you’ll get when you make them smile! We also have a blast at Bingo! Their next meeting is September 11, 1:30 here at the Manor.
