In this life, so many of us spend our days looking up toward the highest peak of the mountain ⛰️☀️

Strategizing our next step, our next pivot, our next summit.

Yet, we often forget that some of life’s greatest adventures are the ones that take us on unexpected detours, rerouting us onto paths brimming with magick ✨🧗‍♂️

Perhaps even more profound and sacred are the everyday moments we encounter along the way, especially those shared with the ones we love (like the little Noodin puppy, whose name means wind).

This is why we need to pause and rest as we ascend, celebrating and appreciating all that stands before us 💛🐕

Because when we slow down, we begin to notice the mountain’s majestic pieces of quartz and the leaves changing colour and falling to the earth - reminders that we too are allowed too let go of what is no longer meant to be carried with us.

And when we finally reach the highest peak of the mountain, perhaps the greatest reward is not just the beautiful view, but the gift of revelling in our own inner nature 🌎💫

Here, we find ourselves just a little bit closer to the heavens… only to realize that our angels have been with us all along.

🐾 A Doggy-Inspired Message from Spirit 🐾

I took my adult rescue pup to his very first group obedience class…

He was the only adult in a sea of puppies, and the energy in the room was so pure, playful, and full of love 🐶🩵

And it got me thinking…

I turned 33 last week, while also celebrating 3 years alcohol-free (and 2 years without plant medicine) 🤩✨

Letting go of alcohol was such an intentional, conscious calling… one I could no longer ignore, and one that beckoned me into my 30s.

While I quit for a multitude of reasons, this soberversary had me reflecting deeply on one of the most sacred ones: staying grounded and clear as a channel 🌿

For me, being a mystic isn’t simply a cute title, but a profound way of life 🌀

Serving as a bridge between Spirit and Earth requires me to anchor, tune inward, and seek clarity in my body, mind, heart, and soul every single day.

And this is where substances no longer aligned with the frequency I wanted to embody - the essence of who I am and the way I feel called to live.

Seeing this role as sacred also brought me back home to my soul’s own sacredness, and to the knowing that my body is the physical vessel through which I experience this life… interconnected with my mind and soul, and a temple that I wish to treat with care and reverence 🤍

Whether you walk a sober path or not, I hope that you stay true to your soul’s calling in each moment, and that you’re enjoying your human experience to the absolute fullest.

6 Years Missing You, Dad 🪽

I recorded this yesterday on my father’s passing anniversary, but I didn’t have the emotional or energetic capacity to post it until now.

This year has been a unique one, having just lost Opa, and I felt the need to cocoon and release, release, release.

Let this be your reminder that no matter how much time has passed, or how old your loved one was when they passed, grief truly has no timeline. 🕊️

And if you’re grieving who you were, the version of you that existed up until that moment in time, I see you.

I’m so grateful for mediumship, for this renewed relationship with my father. I feel him so strongly in Spirit but some days… especially days like this… I’m just a daughter missing her father in this lifetime immensely.

I love you, Dad. 🤍

☀️💫 This summer, I feel as if I’ve been standing at the edge of, or perhaps in between, two thresholds.

The threshold of life’s sunrise. Of creation.

Of celebrating all the joy and surprises yet to come, over endless bright days and years.

Yet, in contrast, the other threshold is one of life’s sunset. Of completion.

Of honour and gratitude for a life lived, paired with the deep longing of grief.

I am surrounded by friends having babies and planning weddings, and those losing their wives and sons.

And at the same time, I’m navigating my own beginnings and endings.

I’ve been rooting into my business behind the scenes, birthing a sacred creation that I cannot wait to unleash when the time is Divine.

My garden is flourishing and the harvest is plentiful. Life with my fur babies is filled with summer adventures. I recently participated in a wonderful manifestation mission, and I have so much to look forward to.

But when I truly pause and ground into these moments, or sometimes when I’m simply doing the dishes, I find myself reaching for my Dad, my Opa, and so many others.

I know that my soul’s purpose in this life is to serve as a lighthouse, connecting souls to Spirit and weaving their world here with the other side.

So perhaps my world, too, is meant to be filled with thresholds.

Perhaps all of ours are…

Saying hello to the sunrise.

And goodbye to the sunset. 🌅✨

✨🌊 Spirit Speaks at the Beach 🌊✨

We came to Earth to experience being human... and part of that experience is remembering that nature is our playground.

We weren’t born as seeds of creation to work or live in ways that disconnect us from Mother Earth and her elements.

We came to feel her sun on our skin, sand beneath our feet, wind through our hair, and wonder woven throughout the natural world. 🌬️☀️

We are meant to care for our minds, bodies, and souls in harmony with nature.

In a world that often celebrates constant productivity, this isn’t always easy to remember.

But every time you choose to frolic outside, lie beneath the trees, wander along the beach, or simply allow yourself to be still in nature... you are honouring your true nature. 🏖️🐚

So seek the wisdom outdoors. The healing. The inspiration. The renewal. The remembrance.

There is no single right way to live this life. There is only your way.

And perhaps today, Spirit is simply reminding you to go outside and play. 🫧🩵
