Peer-Reviewed Cancer Cell Study! Exciting News for Our Energy & Holistic Community! ✨

A landmark study from The University of Texas MD Anderson Cancer Center (one of the world’s top cancer research institutions) has shown that biofield therapy (energy medicine) significantly slowed the growth and spread of pancreatic cancer in preclinical models.

Key findings:
• Reduced cancer metastasis by more than 50%
• Effects comparable to chemotherapy — but without the toxic side effects
• Consistent results in cell cultures and animal models (ruling out placebo)
• Influenced cancer at fundamental levels: cellular energy, electrical signaling, and gene regulation

Dr. Lorenzo Cohen, co-lead author and Director of Integrative Medicine at MD Anderson, noted: “This study shows that it’s time to further explore how complementary methods like biofield therapy work and if they have a role in cancer care.”

This is huge validation for the work many of us do every day — supporting the body’s innate healing intelligence through energy, intention, and subtle fields. While more research (including human trials) is needed, it opens exciting doors for integrative approaches alongside conventional care.

An Important Message From Mountain Rose Herbs

It has unfortunately come to our attention that scammers have created a website resembling ours, likely with the intention of duping our customers into thinking they are ordering from us. We have reported this to all the applicable authorities, but it may be some time before they are able to act.

Please be aware that this fake site is not an indication of any breach; publicly available computer code has been cobbled together to provide just enough legitimacy to feel real. To ensure you are visiting the correct site, please check the domain name. Our website domain remains www.mountainroseherbs.com, and we have three extensions of that, which include blog.mountainroseherbs.com, podcast.mountainroseherbs.com, and pages that begin with "info.mountainroseherbs.com".

We hope this helps to prevent our beloved customers from falling victim to this scam. We value your trust in us and hope that the appropriate authorities can get this dealt with quickly.

Great news for the Wellness 🌿 Industry! 🎉

A significant court ruling just reinforced a crucial First Amendment protection that affects nutrition coaches, health coaches, and wellness professionals across the country.

The court made it clear:
Speech does not become unprotected “conduct” just because a state labels it a “treatment,” “practice,” or “therapeutic modality.”

When a licensing law’s primary effect is to restrict what a qualified professional can say to a consenting adult client, the First Amendment applies — and the state must meet strict scrutiny, not the weak rational-basis review that licensing boards have long relied on.

The ruling also highlighted that newer professions (like dietetics/nutrition) cannot claim the deep historical tradition required to justify heavy speech restrictions. Simply calling a nutrition conversation “medical nutrition therapy” doesn’t magically turn it into something the state can broadly censor.

This is a big win for freedom of speech and for professionals who help people through education and coaching — not just medical treatment.

What are your thoughts? Should states have this much power to control conversations between professionals and willing clients?

The associations that built these exclusive scope-of-practice laws now hold a narrower legal franchise than they did last month.

The Flexner Report in 1910 was the original power grab — funded by big interests, it standardized "scientific" medicine, closed alternative schools, and created the monopoly we still feel today.

Here in MN, Statute 146A is our defense — the law that lets unlicensed complementary & alternative practitioners operate legally with client protections, preserving choice in Minnesota.

Proposed bills, like the "Voluntary" Massage Registration bill that passed yesterday and goes into effect in 2028, threatens that freedom to practice over 35 unique styles of massage without first obtaining completely unneeded, expensive education to practice those other styles. We can't let history repeat with another Flexner-style crackdown. Share this meme, contact your reps, and keep fighting for health freedom!
