We're bringing a Mobile Mammography to y-o-u!

Mark your calendars for Thursday, October 8, 2026 from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.

When scheduling your mammogram, please let the scheduler know that your appointment is on the mobile coach for the date listed.

Women 35-39 years old are eligible to be screened for their baseline mammogram and must check with their insurance provider prior to screening for coverage and eligibility. Women 40 years and older do not need an order.

Eligible women will receive a confirmation text message with a link to fill out the form prior to the appointment. You will need your photo ID, up-to-date insurance card, and the name of your primary care doctor.

A friendly reminder -- please refrain from wearing deodorant, lotion, or perfume from the waist up on the day of your mammogram and wear a two-piece outfit for easier access.

Cyclospora is a parasite that can cause infection from consuming contaminated food or water. People in areas where Cyclospora is common, whether they live there - OR - are visiting that area, might have a higher chance of getting sick.

1.) Wash hands with soap and water before and after handling produce.
2.) Clean cutting boards, utensils, and countertops with soap & hot water after use.
3.) Wash ALL fruits & vegetables before eating or cooking.

The Admin Officer is responsible for planning, directing, coordinating, and evaluating the administrative and management services of the clinic. A Master's Degree or Bachelor's Degree in Hospital/Clinic Administration, Public Health Administration, Business Administration - or a closely related field is required. Prior healthcare and in-depth knowledge of how tribes operate under Self-Governance.
