I love you if you’re disabled.
I love you if you’re neurodivergent.
I love you if you’re Black.
I love you if you’re white.
I love you if you’re Hispanic, Asian, Indigenous, or from somewhere I’ve never been.
I love you if you’re celebrating Pride this month.
I love you if you’re still figuring out who you are.
I love you if you were born here.
I love you if you weren’t.
I love you if you speak a different language.
I love you if your beliefs look different than mine.
I love you if life has been kind to you.
I love you if life has broken your heart.
I love you if you’re thriving.
I love you if you’re struggling.
I love you if you’ve found your voice.
I love you if you’re still searching for it.
Because at the end of the day, my advocacy has never been about choosing WHO deserves compassion.
It’s about recognizing that EVERY human being deserves dignity, belonging, opportunity, and love.
The world will always give us reasons to focus on what makes us different.
I’d rather focus on what makes us human.
Love isn’t weakness.
Love isn’t surrender.
Love is how we build stronger communities, better systems, and a world where everyone has the chance to belong.
And as long as I have a voice, I’ll continue advocating for exactly that.
