Tomato time 🍅

With all these beautiful local tomatoes rolling in, we’re putting them to good use. This weekend we’re bottling up a small batch of raw gazpacho.

Gazpacho is a chilled Spanish soup made from fresh tomatoes, peppers, cucumber, onion, garlic, and herbs. It’s refreshing and packed with vitamins, antioxidants, and vibrant summer flavor.

Our goal is to use all locally grown ingredients for a weekly special
