I’ve been thinking about making this video for a long time… and somehow, it took being surrounded by the breathtaking beauty of Tuscany to finally find the words. 🤍

Why YALA?

YALA stands for You Are Loved Always.

Because I truly believe that healing begins with love—love for yourself, love for your body, love for the people around you, and the feeling of being supported by a community.

But YALA also has another meaning that I love. “Yalla” means “come on, let’s go” in Arabic. It’s a phrase I feel deeply connected to, and it perfectly captures the energy behind my mission:

Come on. Let’s go.

Let’s take control of our health.
Let’s stop waiting until something is wrong to take care of ourselves.
Let’s learn how to nourish our bodies, calm our nervous systems, move, breathe, connect and heal.
Let’s create a community where we support one another in actually living well.

That is my WHY.

I don’t want YALA to simply be a wellness center. I want it to be a place you walk into and immediately feel something. A place to heal, learn, gather, laugh, connect, slow down and feel cared for.

Watching these views in Tuscany—the simplicity, the beauty, the connection to nature and to each other—I kept thinking: this is what wellness is supposed to feel like.

And this is what I’m working so hard to bring home.

Or maybe you’ve recently become completely obsessed with The Woobles like I have. 🧶😂 (Who knew crocheting tiny animals could be so therapeutic?) Also, when your daughter asks for a giraffe for visiting day this becomes your mission! ❤️

Whatever helps calm your nervous system and gives your brain a little break—do more of that.

Signed, sealed, and delivered. ✨

After months of planning, dreaming, and bringing this collaboration to life, it’s finally here. I am beyond excited to officially begin this new chapter with Farida Studio.

To say I’m grateful is an understatement. My very first week is already fully booked, and my heart is overflowing. Thank you to every single one of you for trusting me and continuing this journey with me.

I can’t wait for my patients to experience this beautiful, peaceful space. Over the next week, I’ll be adding all of the little touches that will make it feel like home—a true sanctuary for healing, restoration, and connection.

This is just the beginning, and I couldn’t be more excited for what’s ahead. 💛

Sometimes the dreams you've carried for years begin to unfold all at once. 🌿
There are so many exciting changes happening for and , and I can hardly contain my excitement. New spaces, new offerings, new collaborations, and new ways to bring our community together to heal, connect, and thrive.
This next chapter is bigger than a practice—it's about creating a place where wellness feels accessible, joyful, and rooted in community.
Thank you to every single person who has supported me, trusted me, and believed in this vision. You are part of this journey, and I can't wait to share what's coming.

✨ One beautiful chapter is coming to a close, and an even more exciting one is just beginning. ✨

As I prepare to leave my Mamaroneck office, I’ve been reflecting on what this space has meant to me.

Within these walls, I have witnessed miracles. I’ve supported women through fertility journeys and held newborn babies that were once just a dream. I’ve walked alongside patients through cancer treatments, autoimmune flares, chronic pain, anxiety, heartbreak, and healing. I’ve celebrated victories both big and small and had the privilege of caring for generations of families.

For every person who has trusted me over the past several years—thank you. It has been one of the greatest honors of my life. You have allowed me to live my purpose every single day, and I will be forever grateful.

While this chapter is closing, the story is only getting better. I’ve dreamed of creating something bigger—a place where healing, community, education, and connection come together—and that dream is finally becoming a reality.
