Joan always looked toward tomorrow believing it could be brighter than today—for our community, for NCADD Westchester, and most importantly, for the people who needed help.
Right up until the end, Joan was there for people, no matter who they were, where they came from, or what circumstances brought them through our doors. That belief shaped NCADD Westchester into the organization it is today: a place where people can turn for help, guidance, education, and hope—not only in Westchester County, but wherever the need may be.
Joan’s legacy is one of promise, compassion, the gift of life, and a profound love of humanity. She believed that no one should ever feel alone when they need help.
Her lifelong commitment to NCADD Westchester touched thousands of lives, strengthened countless families, and helped save lives along the way.
