What’s your favorite stretch? 👀

My go-to for tight shoulders, mid-back, low back, hips, quads, and ankles is always Child’s Pose 🧘🏻‍♀️✨

Not only does it feel amazing, but it can also help encourage deep breathing, gentle spinal decompression, and soft compression through the abdomen—which may support digestion and lymphatic flow too 🙌

Want a deeper stretch into one side of the low back and ribcage? Walk your hands over to one side while anchoring the opposite hip down and take a few slow deep breaths. You’ll feel that stretch all the way up the side body 😍

So…who’s crawling onto the floor to do one with me right now? 🙋🏻‍♀️

While many of us spend today with family, sunshine, and celebration, may we also take a moment to remember why this day exists. 🇺🇸

Honoring the heroes who made the ultimate sacrifice, and holding deep gratitude for all who have served to protect the freedoms we enjoy every day.

Remembering them today and always. ❤️🤍💙

If your socks are leaving dents...this one's for you 😅

Your lymphatic system relies on movement and gravity to help move fluid through your body. When you’re on your feet all day (or sitting for long periods), fluid can start to pool in the lower body…hello puffiness and that heavy, achy feeling 😣

Propping up those feet:
⬆️ Encourages lymph flow back toward the torso
⬆️ Helps reduce swelling and fluid buildup
⬆️ Supports circulation and recovery
⬆️ Feels really good at the end of a long day

Pro tip 💡
Pair it with a walk, some deep belly breaths, maybe dry brushing or a little time on the vibration plate.

Think of it as a reset button for your lower body 💚

It’s time to grab your bear spray and dust off those hiking boots 🥾🐻

Spring in Montana is the sweet spot—quiet trails, crisp air, and just enough sunshine to remind you winter is finally over. Before the summer crowds roll in, now is your chance to soak it all in 🌲✨

A moderate hike can burn anywhere from 400–700 calories per hour, depending on terrain and elevation. Add in a pack or some hills, and your heart (and muscles) really get to work 💪

In addition, hiking is one of the best ways to support your lymphatic system. Every step you take, every incline you climb, helps move lymph, reduce stagnation, and support detox + immune health 🌿

Fresh air, fewer people, full-body benefits…sounds like three excellent reasons to go hit the trails 💚

Happy Mother’s Day 🤍

Today we honor the many shapes and seasons of motherhood...

To the moms in the thick of it—messy, beautiful, and exhausting
To the ones with quiet homes and full hearts
To the stepmoms, bonus moms, and chosen moms
To the single moms carrying it all
To the grandmas who continue to nurture and guide
To those navigating complicated relationships
To those missing their moms today
To those still waiting, hoping, or healing
And to the caregivers who show up with a mother’s heart

You are so very loved ❤️

Happy Birthday to my main squeeze, my ride or die, and the one who grounds me and lifts me up at the same time. Life just wouldn't be the same without you by my side 🥰😍🥳

Two baseball players accidentally created the high five...and the world has been slapping hands ever since.

In 1977 at a baseball game at Dodger Stadium, player Dusty Baker had just hit a home run for the Los Angeles Dodgers. As he crossed home plate, his teammate Glenn Burke raised his hand in celebration.

Baker wasn’t quite sure what Burke was doing… but he instinctively reached up and smacked his hand.

And just like that, the first high five was born. 🙌

The gesture caught on quickly with teammates, spread through sports in the 1980s, and eventually became the universal way we celebrate wins—big or small.

Sometimes the best traditions start with a spontaneous moment of joy.

So here’s a virtual one for you today…
✋ High five!

Yoga is one of the most beautiful ways to support your lymphatic system. 🧘‍♀️

Unlike the circulatory system, the lymphatic system doesn’t have a pump — it relies on movement, breath, and muscle contractions to help move lymph fluid through the body.

Yoga offers all three.

Gentle stretching, twisting, and flowing movements help encourage lymphatic circulation, while deep breathing creates pressure changes in the body that help move lymph fluid and support healthy immune function.

But yoga offers something equally powerful: grounding.

When you slow your breath and bring awareness back into your body, your nervous system begins to settle. Your body shifts out of stress mode and into a calmer, more balanced state.

That sense of calm helps you feel more stable, centered, and connected to yourself.

Move. Breathe. Reset.

Namaste 🙏
