LOVE note from Chrissy💙:

You may have noticed that I’ve been on a bit of a hiatus since late June—and for very good reason. I’m overjoyed to finally share that, after years of waiting, my husband and I have welcomed a baby through adoption.

One morning at the end of June, we received the call that we had been matched with a baby that was being born that very morning. We immediately left town and headed west toward Seattle to meet our son, Rocco.
It was dark outside when they first brought him to us, but in that moment, our whole world lit up. There are no words quite big enough for the gratitude and awe we felt meeting him for the first time.

We are beyond blessed to welcome this little wolf into our pack. Becoming a mother has been a beautiful, unexpected, and profound transformation. After years of waiting and very little time to prepare, I’ve been learning to embrace this new chapter one day at a time—and I’m incredibly grateful to have such a loving community surrounding me and my family as we navigate this beautiful season of life.

I’ll be back in the studio teaching after Labor Day, and I can’t wait to see you all. Thank you for giving me the space to step away during this extraordinary time. I’m so excited to return and share a little bit of this new chapter with all of you. 🤍

Caroline is adding her 7 pm Tuesday vinyasa in Kalispell and 4 pm Wednesday vinyasa in Whitefish back to the schedule, and we couldn’t be happier!

Here’s what you can expect from Caroline as a teacher:

What are your values as a teacher?

I want yoga to feel accessible to everyone—no matter your ability, your season of life, or your energy on any given day. My space is built for you to explore, play, challenge yourself, and feel completely supported.”

What do you hope you take away from class?

A deeper appreciation for your body. Through breath and movement, I hope to offer a practice that feels like a moving meditation—one that helps support you far beyond the mat.

Another new class starts in September 🤍

Jordan Scotti is taking over the 6 a.m. Thursday Vinyasa at our Whitefish studio, and we’re so excited to have her on the schedule.

Here’s what you can expect from Jordan as a teacher:

“The values that inspire my teaching are curiosity, playfulness, and presence. I love creating classes that are challenging and fun, while inviting students to get curious about themselves. My background in psychology has taught me how much of our lives happen inside our heads. Yoga gives us another way to understand and connect to ourselves—through the body.” ✨

Meet Ava! 🩵 Our newest member of the Sculpt team and our youngest LOVE teacher yet!

Ava is joining us as a substitute in Whitefish and will be taking over our Wednesday 5:30 PM Sculpt classes at our Kalispell studio.
