🌕Do you believe in coincidence?✨

I don’t. I believe in devine timing.
I know there is a full moon, the flower moon no less, the day before the May You Bloom event for a reason!!
When I chose May 2nd for the event, I chose the date for my own convenience. Through my own cloudiness, I didn’t realize the date of the full moon.
The universe sent me a sign and guided me to exactly where I needed to be…in order to bloom!

Happy full flower moon my friends!

😃Just a few days away from the May You Bloom event at the Sanctuary Yurt in Whitehall!

🕐We will get started at 1:00pm.
Please arrive early to find your spot, get some tea, and check out the view!

✨If you have a mat, bolster, blocks, blanket, eye mask, mug for tea…feel free to bring them.
There will be some props available to use as well.

🌷With May just weeks away, I wanted to send you all an invite to the May You Bloom event on May 2nd @ 1:00pm.

🛖 Just outside of Whitehall we will gather in The Sanctuary Yurt that overlooks the Jefferson River, surrounded by mountains, and blue skies!

🤍 We will start with gentle movement and breathing then transition into a deep relaxing sound bath and guided meditation.

🌱🌻 During meditation you will be guided from seed to bloom calling in April showers and May flowers.

🤍 Mats, bolsters, blocks, & blankets will be provided. Hot tea will be offered!

☕️ Plan to wear warm comfy clothes, bring a cup/mug for tea, an eye mask if you wish, and an open heart ♥️

Let’s get outside, breathe, and be with good souls!
Bring yourself, your dog, family, friends, your kids, grandkids, whoever!!

🚶🏼‍♀️We will take time for a brief yoga sesh & meditation then off we go on a nice path appropriate for all ages with beautiful and historic views!
