⭐️Meet Mariah Jimenez, PTA⭐️

Hello! My name is Mariah Jimenez and I recently graduated from Collin College with my Physical Therapist Assistant degree. I also hold an Associate of Science degree and am a certified personal trainer.

My passion for health and wellness begin when I became a personal trainer. Through the experience, I discovered how much I enjoyed working with people and helping them improve their health through movement and I knew I wanted to take that passion even further. As a PTA I love helping patients work towards their goals, regain confidence in their abilities and get back to doing the things they enjoy.

Outside of the clinic I love spending time with my family, fiancé, and our three dogs (Finney, Fionna, Cooper), and being outdoors as much as possible!

Mobility isn’t just about being flexible, it’s about having the strength and control to move through your available range of motion.

The Crab Reach is a great full-body mobility exercise that combines hip rotation, thoracic spine rotation, shoulder mobility, and core control all in one movement.

Adding movements like this to your routine can help improve how your body moves, reduce stiffness, and prepare you for the demands of everyday life, workouts, and sports.

Don’t just move more. Move better. 💪

We had a great time hanging out with the Whitesboro Fire Department this week! 🔥🚒

Our team talked through proper stretching mechanics, why mobility matters, and how taking care of your body can help prevent injuries while doing a physically demanding job.

Jeff even put the stretching lesson to the side for a minute and helped load the water hose onto the truck. 😂💪

We’re grateful for the opportunity to work with the men and women who keep our community safe. Thank you, Whitesboro Fire Department, for having us!

Feeling stiff? Try this!🧘‍♀️

A total-body mobility flow can help improve movement quality, reduce stiffness, prepare your body for activity, and keep you moving well for the long run.

Take a few minutes to move, breathe, and reset. Your body will thank you. 🙌
