🦵 Torn Meniscus Rehab: Late-Phase Strength & Stability

As pain decreases and function improves, rehab should progress beyond basic mobility and into strength & control.

In this video, we’re demonstrating 3 late-phase meniscus rehab exercises:

✅ Sled Pulls – Build quad strength while promoting knee-friendly loading
✅ Lunges – Improve single-leg strength, balance, and functional movement patterns
✅ Single-Leg Squats on a BOSU Ball – Challenge stability, proprioception, and knee control

The goal of late-stage rehab is to restore strength, stability, and confidence so you can return to the activities you love.

Remember: rehab should be individualized based on your symptoms, goals, and stage of recovery.

A common misconception: a herniated disc means you should stop moving.

In reality, strategic exercise is often a key part of recovery.🧘‍♀️

Today’s rehab session included:
• Bird Dogs for core and spinal stability
• Seated Good Mornings for functional movement training
• Sciatic Nerve Glides to improve nerve mobility

The goal isn’t just pain relief, it’s restoring confidence in movement and returning to everyday activities safely.🏃‍♀️‍➡️
