The Columbus County System of Care Community Collaborative is excited to host our Back-to-School Community Event on Saturday, August 8, 2026, at Southeastern Community College in Whiteville, and we would love for you to join us!
This free community event is designed to support children, youth, and families by connecting them with valuable community resources, educational information, school supplies, health resources, and fun family-friendly activities as they prepare for the upcoming school year.
We are currently seeking community agencies, nonprofits, healthcare providers, educational organizations, faith-based organizations, and other community partners to participate as vendors.

• Time: 9:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m.
• Location: Southeastern Community College, Whiteville, NC
If you are interested in participating as a vendor, please complete the attached Vendor Registration Form and return it to [email protected] by Friday, July 25, 2026.
There is no cost to participate as a vendor. We simply ask that vendors provide information about their programs, services, and resources and engage with families attending the event.
In addition, we are seeking donations to help make this event a success. Donations of school supplies, backpacks, hygiene items, door prizes, snacks, bottled water, or other family-friendly items are greatly appreciated. Financial donations or sponsorships are also welcome.
