Join me Saturday, September 5th at 9:00 AM for a wonderful Pilates mat class with beautiful Whitewater Lake as our backdrop! 🌊☀️

This class is appropriate for all ages and all fitness levels—no Pilates experience necessary! Just bring your mat, come as you are, and give yourself 50 minutes to move, breathe, stretch and start your holiday weekend feeling great. 🧘‍♀️💕

There’s something pretty special about moving your body outside with the lake, fresh air and a beautiful morning all around you. 💙

☀️ Saturday is looking GOOD for Outdoor Pilates! 🧘‍♀️🌿

Cooler temps, fresh air, and the perfect opportunity to breathe, move, and start our weekend off on the right foot! 💪✨

One of my favorite things about our outdoor mat class is looking up at that big, beautiful Wisconsin sky while we move… and of course, the backdrop of Whitewater Lake never gets old! 💙🌊

I would absolutely LOVE for you to come out and move with me! And if you’ve never tried Pilates before, don’t worry—you don’t need any prior experience. I’ll guide you through the entire 50-minute class, and you can work at your own pace. 🥰

🌧️ Saturday Pilates Update! 🌧️

Unfortunately, Saturday’s forecast is looking like on-and-off showers, so there will be NO outdoor mat class this weekend, August 15th. 😔

I’m definitely bummed because I was looking forward to moving with you all outside! But Mother Nature gets the final say. 🌦️

Fingers crossed for better weather and hopefully we’ll be back on the lawn soon! 🧘‍♀️☀️💪

🌧️ Saturday Morning Pilates Update! 🌧️

Well…Mother Nature isn’t cooperating with us this weekend. 😕 The forecast for Saturday morning just doesn’t look great, so unfortunately there will NOT be an outdoor Pilates class this Saturday.

I was really hoping we could get together, stretch, move, and enjoy those beautiful Whitewater Lake views, but sometimes you just have to let the weather win! ☔️

🤞 Fingers crossed for Saturday, August 8th! I’m hoping Mother Nature gets her act together so we can get back outside and moving!

Just a friendly reminder that I'm planning to kick off the weekend with an Outdoor Pilates Mat Class this Saturday, July 25th at 9:00 AM!

There’s no better way to start your Saturday than moving your body, stretching, breathing in the fresh air, and taking in the beautiful views of Whitewater Lake. We’ll enjoy a 50-minute, all-levels mat class designed to leave you feeling stronger, refreshed, and ready for the weekend. Whether you’re new to Pilates or have been practicing for years, everyone is welcome!

Unfortunately, there will be no Outdoor Pilates Mat Class this Saturday (7/18). 🌿

With the poor air quality and this week’s heat, I think it’s best to keep our workouts indoors—especially for anyone who has asthma, COPD, allergies, or other health concerns.

Your health and safety always come first, and I appreciate your understanding. ❤️

Hopefully, we’ll be back outside soon enjoying those beautiful Whitewater Lake views! Until then, stay cool, stay hydrated, and take care of yourselves. I can’t wait to see you all at our next class! ☀️💙

🌦️ Hi everyone!

With the crazy weather we’ve been having lately—between the heat and the threat of pop-up storms—I’ve decided to cancel tomorrow’s outdoor Pilates class.

I’d much rather keep everyone safe than risk getting caught in the rain (or melting in the heat! ☀️⛈️).

Stay tuned, though! 🤞 I’m hopeful Mother Nature will cooperate, and we’ll be back on the mat for class on Saturday, July 11th. I’ll keep you posted as we get closer.
