• Bodyweight, resistance bands, or light weights all count
• Focus on consistency, not intensity

Turkey Taco Lettuce Bowls (or Rice Bowls). Makes 4 servings
Ingredients:
• 1 lb ground turkey (or chicken/beef)
• 1 bell pepper + 1 onion (diced)
• 1 can black beans (rinsed)
• Taco seasoning (store-bought or DIY: cumin, chili powder, garlic, paprika)
• Romaine or shredded lettuce (or cooked rice/quinoa)
• Toppings: Greek yogurt (instead of sour cream), salsa, avocado, lime, cilantro

How to make:
1. Brown meat with onion + pepper. Add seasoning.
2. Stir in black beans to warm through.
3. Serve over lettuce (or rice). Top with salsa + Greek yogurt + avocado.
