You do not need to; they are heavy and they are weighing you down. How would you like to reduce stress, feel in control, have happier relationships and be more confident? I have been a clinician since 2010, and have worked with a diverse range of needs. I have

advanced training in trauma therapy. I am experienced working with individuals suffering from depression, anxiety, trauma, grief, PTSD, suicidal thoughts, anger, stress, and problems regulating behaviors and emotions. All ages are welcome!
