Envious Trends Zumba Fitness is located in Northwest Indiana that specializes in a variety of affordable fitness classes. Envious Trends Zumba Fitness also provides weight management and nutrition services with our Certified Fitness Nutrition Specialist. Classes currently offered are:

Kid Fit Club (ages 4-11)

Total Body Conditioning- Energetic high calorie burning work out to include strength training, core and cardio all in one workout. Nutrition For Fitness- If you are looking to lose weight, gain weight, maintain weight or simply just want to change your overall eating habits come peak with our Certified Nutrition Specialist
to obtain a personalized program to fit your needs. Zumba

The ZUMBA program is a Latin-inspired, dance-fitness class that incorporates Latin and international music and dance movements, creating a dynamic, exciting, exhilarating and effective fitness system. If you can march, you can ZUMBA! This program is perfect for those starting a new fitness regime and those who have been working at it a while. All you need is a good attitude and the desire to have fun. If you have limited mobility, joint or muscle issues, or any special needs, just let me know and I can show you modifications that will make ZUMBA safer and more fun for you! Wear what you have. Just make sure you can move in it. T-shirts, tank tops, whatever is comfy. Bottoms can be shorts, sweatpants, yoga pants, again, whatever makes you want to move!

Envious Trends is beyond excited to be a sponsor for Nest Fest at Crow Bar! This one is especially close to my heart because it's happening in the neighborhood where I grew up on the Southeast Side of Chicago—a community that will always be home. So much of my family still lives here, and Crow Bar has been a true neighborhood staple for as long as I can remember.

A huge shoutout to Mikey for doing such an incredible job putting this festival together. Your hard work, dedication, and love for our community truly shine through, and it shows in every detail.
