As part of the celebration 8am all levels yoga with Loretta at the Wildflower Yoga tent at no cost!

Reminder our 9:30am weekend classes on Saturday and Sunday will not be happening this weekend!! 453 VT 112. Look for the big tent in a field!

This morning was awesome!

108 Sun Salutations with Julia (picture after we were done)

The Timelapse quit 1/2 of the way in but we kept going!

Then to Yin under the trees The Nutmeg Vermont

I can’t believe the solstice is almost here! We are celebrating with very complimentary practices!

2 opportunities to bring in the solstice!

Sunday 6:30 am Amy Myers-Delaney to greet the Sun with 108 Sun Salutations. Come join in as many as you’d like!

Then we’ll roll over to The Nutmeg Vermont for a Yin practice under their glorious trees. Yin is a practice of stillness. We’ll hold grounding poses for 3-5 minutes each to absorb the solstice energy!

Join in one or join in both!!

Have I mentioned I love practicing (and teaching) outside?? Sharing my love of outdoor yoga is what drives me during the summer months!

Wildflower Yoga starts tomorrow!! 9:30am! If you can balance outside you can balance anywhere!!

First outdoor yoga class of the year!

Sundays 9:30 for this gorgeous view!

Starting back up June 6th 9:30 Wildflower Yoga returns in Jacksonville under the tent. (Next 2 Saturdays remain at the Old School Community Center)

Wednesday 5:30p stays indoors at the Old School Community Center.

This will be the schedule until our studio opens! We get closer everyday!

The simple act of sweeping the studio floor getting ready for the next step brought me immense joy today.

It also didn’t hurt that it was an absolutely gorgeous day!

Things are coming along! It’s going to be amazing when it’s done!
