Hayley Eye Clinic is looking for a Patient Communication Specialist / Receptionist to join our team!
Our reception team is one of the first faces our patients see when they walk through our doors. We’re looking for someone who is welcoming, compassionate, organized, and passionate about providing an exceptional patient experience from the moment they arrive.
Responsibilities include:
👓 Greeting and assisting patients
📞 Answering phones and scheduling appointments
💻 Checking patients in and out
📝 Verifying patient information and maintaining accurate records
🤝 Working closely with our clinical team to ensure each patient has a positive experience
We’re looking for someone who is:
✔ Dependable
✔ Detail-oriented
✔ Comfortable with computers
✔ A team player
✔ Passionate about providing outstanding customer service
Experience in a medical office or optometry is a plus, but we’re happy to train the right person!
